Ensuring Competency Through Psychological Testing

At Professional Assessment and Selection Services, we specialize in pre-employment psychological testing designed to screen for strong candidates. Our experienced counseling team helps your department identify traits of desired individuals, ensuring emotional stability and effectiveness under pressure. The oral and written exams are conducted by a licensed psychologist and include a written report for the department. This process is essential for both sworn and non-sworn applicants, aiming to maintain high standards of performance in demanding situations.
